Roofing, bioclimatic pergolas, and Venus umbrellas
Specific roofing solutions were engineered for the resort’s solarium area, the evocative roof bar developed on two levels, and the outdoor restaurant area, the latter integrated with a hanging garden. The technological pinnacle of the project is concentrated in the entrance pavilion of the Menara Mall: a large roof with a bioclimatic pergola built on a Park model structure, entirely clad in Alucobond panels. The system is equipped with adjustable thermal break slats and perimeter closures with an automated opening curtain wall system, combining automation and cutting-edge thermal protection.
